I’m not quite sure but I may have to be issued a late pass for this one. A friend of mine proceeded to rant & rave about this mix tape for the better part of an hour. Then she inundated me with the video ideas that danced in her head as she replayed each track over and over. After one listen I could see why she was so amped. This is great R&B music. Teedra is no newbie though. She dropped a great solo record, Complex Simplicity, back in 2004. Her pen game is nice too. She’s written songs for Mary J Blige, Raphael Saadiq and Christina Milian. Good way to keep the lights on. With music like this though it shouldn’t be long before she is back in the spotlight.
